hi, I'm 21, I'm taking my lumps in both breasts, it hurts that alot.Is breast cancer? I have read that in the breast cancer lumps I can not move, but in my case can move from their position, I have these painful lumps for the last 10 years approx. I have no no other symptoms. , Today, but there was some white fluid in the head of the nipple ... can u plzz tell me wht to do, I can not tell this to anyone ... even the doc., wht should I do?

I don't think cancer is usually painful, and it's very unlikely that you would have cancer at you're age, so don't worry too much!
But it's always best to see a doctor about ANY concerns as soon as possible, as it could develop into something more serious.

You are right, breast cancer is beyond rare in your age group. It's mainly a disease of ageing - 80% of those diagnosed are over 50, it's rare in women under 40 and it's almost unheard of in under 25s.
