Sore breast with visible redness, is this normal?

I woke up this morning and my right breast was hurting, I had a look and there was some redness kind of like sunburn in a patch. It also feels like I have small lumps around the nipple but under the skin. I am 17 and am on the pill and just skipped m period as I am on holiday in England. I have been a bit sick (not sure if it is relevant) like coughing and cold symptoms, trouble breathing, tiredness and stress. I also have no cases of Breast cancer in my family.

Well it is not breast cancer, almost unheard of for a 17 year old. You may just have some skin irritation. I would see if it does not go away on its own. If it gets worse see a doctor. I occasionally get the same on my breasts and it seems to get better on its own.
