Do you have a burning sensation on the skin of the breast signal a possible sign of inflammatory breast cancer?

Well, lately, someone near and dear to me has stated that she felt a burning sensation on the skin of her left breast. She stated that it was the entire breast, but well as the skin area the size of the tip of your middle finger. He said that every time you push on it, just burns … It's a bit difficult for me to explain myself, but I wondered if this was a possible sign / symptom of inflammatory breast cancer.
